Annancieta Mwololo is an Environmental and Social Safeguards & Sustainability Specialist with a strong background in supporting sustainable and responsible development. She has experience in environmental and social impact assessments, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement and assists organizations integrate sustainability principles into their projects. Annancieta has worked in various sectors, including construction, energy, manufacturing, hospitality, mining and natural resource management, ensuring adherence to national and international standards such as the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF), IFC General EHS Guidelines and IFC Performance Standards. Passionate about climate resilience, environmental sustainability and social equity, she is committed to fostering sustainable solutions that balance development with environmental and community well-being. With a deep understanding of environmental policies and corporate sustainability strategies, Annancieta offers guidance on risk mitigation and enhancement of positive outcomes.
