She has experience in environmental and social impact assessments, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement and assists organizations integrate sustainability principles into their projects. Annancieta has worked in various sectors, including construction, energy, manufacturing, hospitality, mining and natural resource management, ensuring adherence to national and international standards such as the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF), IFC General EHS Guidelines and IFC Performance Standards.
