Dr. Siviwe Odwa Malongweni is a seasoned Environmental Soil, Earth, and Climate Scientist and Environmental Sustainability Expert who serves as a Lead Researcher: in natural and applied Sciences. She has over 8 years of experience in quantitative environmental and ecological research, with a proven track record in leading climate risk and adaptation research within agricultural systems. She is a versatile leader specializing in designing, coordinating, and implementing projects from inception to completion on both African and international stages. Her projects have forged impactful international collaborations, particularly in the realms of nature conservation, soil health and fertility, plant nutrition, climate change impact assessment, wildlife conservation, sustainable agriculture, and the restoration of degraded lands in regions such as South Africa, Kenya, Japan, and South America. She aims to contribute meaningfully to a sustainable and resilient future.
